We slept in until 9:00. No where we had to be today. The first time in nearly a month we could simply be.
We got up and had breakfast. Then went for a walk to get some rand and go shopping. We went to Green Market square. It was lots of booths of African stuff. People bring it to sell it from their home.
A boy came up to Troy and openhanded and asked me for money for food. He was about twelve or so. As much money as I’ve given away this trip to children something held me back this time. I said I’m
Sorry your hungry but no. He said “Fuck you”
And walked off. At first I was angry but then though it was so sad that kids that age had to do that and then had no regard for humanity at all. It’s how it all starts I’m afraid. Probably allot younger for this boy.
We walked there for awhile had some coffee and then went back to the hotel to drop off our full satchels of gifts.
After a bit of a rest we headed to the waterfront. Another shopping area for three times the price. But we were on a mission to buy rugby and football jerseys.

Lunch at a brew house then back to the hotel to rest. We had plans to have dinner with everyone one last time at 7:00.
They selected an Italian restaurant San Marco in the waterfront mall that was just ok. I did not care for the service or food really. But we all had a good time.
Tomarrow we go home. Just a long day of packing and travel.
